Families First Rhode Island is a grassroots non-profit that provides support to pregnant women and mothers of newborns who may be at risk for, or are already experiencing Postpartum Depression. Qualified and trained volunteers serve as compassionate mentors with weekly in-home visits until the baby's first birthday. Our informal gatherings offer an expanded support system, parenting education, and the tools to find resources in the community. All services are free of charge.
